Questions about paying
What if the app cannot read my file?
The free peek tells you, and you pay nothing. You only pay after you have seen that the app can read it.
Who do I pay?
Paddle handles the payment as our reseller. They deal with tax and send the invoice. The invoice names FedPulse, the company that runs Proofsheet.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, with no form and no reason needed. The refunds page lists the few exceptions.
Is there a contract to sign?
No. One-off reports are paid once. There is nothing to sign and no sales call.
